BIOGRAPHY

Prachee Sehgal is an Assistant Professor in the area of General Management, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. She is a Fellow (Doctorate) in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIMI). She earned her Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater Noida and a Bachelor of Arts (honors degree) in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. She has previously taught at LM Thapar School of Management, Thapar University and Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology, Mohali. She has also cleared the UGC-NET in Management.

Her research currently focuses on self-efficacy, leadership, collaboration, personality and teacher effectiveness. She has published papers in international journals indexed in the Social Science Citation Index (SSCI), the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) and Scopus. She has presented papers in premier national and international conferences.
