Faculty

Mr. Vishal Chaudhri is a visiting faculty at the University of the Fraser Valley and teaches Business Law. Being a practicing Lawyer he brings to his class the blend of academic curriculum with practical application of law to real-life situations.

Vishal graduated from Punjab University with a degree in Bachelor of Laws in the year 1997, and was called to the Bar as a Lawyer in the year 1998. After completing the accreditation requirements to practice law in Ontario, Canada, from University of Windsor, Vishal articled with a prominent law firm in London, Ontario, and wrote the Bar exams as administered by the Law Society of Ontario. He became a member of the Law Society in 2005. In addition to his education in India and Ontario, Vishal has also obtained a certificate in International Human Rights Education and Monitoring from Hemline University, St. Paul, Minnesota, USA.

Vishal is an experienced Lawyer having practiced both in India and Canada and has a special interest in law as applicable to Canadian Immigration, and acts as a Legal Consultant to immigration consultancies in India and abroad. Vishal is a fitness enthusiast and spends time doing Yoga and fitness training.
